Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kritter Supplies NZ.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please choose your products carefully as we will only refund items that are broken or damaged during shipping.

Products that are the wrong size/not true to measurements advertised.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized products can not be refunded.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Confirmation email from Kritter Supplies can be used as proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if Applicable)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or through PayPal.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


In case you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item or the wrong variant and the item has not yet been shipped out, please send us an E-Mail and make your corrections accordingly. 

As we are being charged for such refunds, we will apply a refund fee that varies and depends on the refund amount that has been requested.
